A native Tulsan, Melinda Twist is a full-time, full-service agent, familiar with residential, land, and new construction listings in all of Tulsa and its surrounding communities including Bixby, Broken Arrow, Claremore, Owasso, Pryor, Wagoner and Jenks, where she currently lives.

Before joining the real estate field, Melinda worked for many years in jewelry sales and marketing positions, as well as a in successful career as a Radiographer in Radiology. Her experience working in jewelry sales taught her excellent communication and customer service skills, which transfer to her real estate business today. “Helping someone find that special piece of jewelry is extremely rewarding,” Melinda says, “much like helping my buyers find their perfect home.” Melinda uses her unique ability to listen and understand what her buyers and sellers are saying to help achieve their goals. “Everyone has different tastes, styles, and budgets,” she explains, “and it is important to know not only what they are looking for, but why.” Her career in Radiology taught her compassion and attention to detail, both necessary when navigating the real estate transaction process.

Melinda’s clients often become life-long friends. She attributes this success to her trustworthiness, honesty, integrity, and her transparent personality. She is passionate about her clients and makes it her priority to ensure they feel safe and secure with her. “I treat everyone the way I want to be treated. I give them the time and attention they need to help them achieve the best real estate transaction possible.”

When not selling real estate, she enjoys time with her family, traveling, and watching movies. She loves attending her son’s high school football games and watching her granddaughter cheer. She is involved in her community and is a member of the Republican Women of Tulsa, Jenks Booster Club, and Jenks Trojan Athletics.
